Return Policy

All returned orders will be issued with a credit note to the value of the item(s) returned

less any shipping costs, unless the item is deemed faulty. The item must be unworn, with the labels still attached and it must be sent back within 14 days of receiving your item. If you believe an item you've purchased from us is faulty, incorrect or you're missing an item, you must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, with relevant, clear photos of the fault and/or as much details as you can provide. To request a return from us, please head to our contact page and email us with the subject 'Return Request' and explain the reason for your enquiry. Make sure you include your order number in your email so that we can process your return quickly for you.


Once you've sent us an email, we will contact you with details of your return so that you can send your item(s) back to us. Returns are usually processed within 5 business days of receipt and you'll receive an email detailing your return once this has been done.


We do not offer refunds for change of mind returns. Change of mind includes any reason other than where an item is assessed as faulty by our returns department, including instances where a style didn't suit you or did not fit how you wanted or expected it to.


We do not allow returns for the following:

Products received without an authorised order number

Products purchased during a promotional sale period or on markdown/final sale

Underwear, lingerie or swimwear

Products received in a condition other than their original condition

Products without their tags attached

Products that appear worn or smell of perfume, deodorant or tan

Products that are marked or damaged in any way


Please note, you will need to cover the cost of your return back to us. We recommend using a tracked method of postage to ensure it reaches us safely as we are not responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered parcels. Please return items in a saleable, unworn and undamaged condition. If evident that the items have been worn or the labels are removed we can’t offer an exchange/returns and your item will be sent back to you.
